A Few Changes

The left sidebar has received some modifications. Links to old/unused pages have been
removed (the pages still exist), links to the new competition ladder have been added
(bear in mind the ladder is still being tested), and the order has been changed a bit.
The poll has been replaced with a "shout box" in which users can post their
own short messages. Anyone who visits this site may use the shout box for whatever
purpose.
These changes aren't carved in stone; if you'd like to see something changed,
added or brought back, feel free to let me know.
